Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of the PayKard orchestration platform. Please read them carefully — they define our mutual responsibilities, your rights as a merchant, and how we protect your payment architecture.
What You Should Know Before You Read

You own your tokenized credentials and can export them at any time.
No Hidden Fees
PayKard never applies opaque routing markups or undisclosed charges.
Security First
PCI-DSS v4.0 L1, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II controls protect your data.
